“Kind Regards”®

“Kind Regards builds upon our key skills in behaviour change, delivering specific skills sets in our learners to understand the role that beliefs and language play in behaviour”.

What’s involved?

Kind Regards – Three half day sessions (inc 7 Guided learning hours)

“Kind Regards”® is an accredited educational programme that promotes SIMPLE and PRACTICAL tools as a means to allow people to understand and alter the beliefs and thoughts that lead to anger, frustration and violence.

The course delivers a Single Credit, Level One in “Developing Personal Skills to Support Changes in Behaviour”.

Drawing heavily on our 10 years of experience of dealing with addiction to substances, we recognise that AMBIVALENCE is the defining issue with anger, and the Kind Regards course recognises that people who have anger issues hold a range of beliefs and feelings that justify and condone inappropriate behaviours. It is by understanding how our language and beliefs feed behaviour that we are easily able to change that behaviour.

The course, delivered over three, three hour sessions, provides the learner with a structured understanding of what drives their anger and skills to CHALLENGE their own beliefs and insecurities . It is these SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and TOOLS that enable the learner to recognise the consequences of their CONDUCT, thereby empowering their own CHOICES whilst also removing fear of change.

The final part of the course is the development of a personalised and meaningful development plan, including specific actions to be taken, embedded and reviewed.
