IPS offers Employment Specialists an opportunity to work in a tailored fashion with each and every participant, with fixed low case loads and for non-time specific periods, meaning we are able to provide a really tailored solution, and include in work support once participants are in their workplace.
Working alongside our partners in the service, employment becomes a central integral part of the clinical provision provided.
This role would be ideal for someone with experience of Welfare to Work and a passion for helping those most distant from the job market.
You will need to demonstrate a creative approach to employability, developing highly tailored support to participants, including in work support, and you will be expected to be able to work both independently and as part of the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
