Ambassador Service

An accredited lived-experience training course providing people with the knowledge and support to give back to their peers and communities

Our Ambassador Service provides people with a route to utilise their lived experience to be able to give something back to their peers and community. Our Ambassador Service offers the perfect solution for training and supporting people with developing the skills, knowledge, and qualifications required to use their unique perspective and insights to co-design service improvements, as well as, being a positive role model and inspiring others to overcome their personal barriers and become independent from endless support. 

For Drugs & Alcohol, Mental Health, Entrenched Unemployment and Criminal Justice, we deliver an Introductory Level 2 Award in Information, Advice and Guidance programme where participants can learn how to harness their lived experience to address attitudinal and behavioural barriers and embed into a package of information, advice and guidance support.
